BAY AREA COVID-19 Protocols (FALL 2021)

As of Fall 2021, Maxine is requiring proof of vaccination prior to the meeting.

If COVID cases spike in the Bay Area, the below protocols may be needed.

IF COVID CASES IN THE BAY SPIKE AT ANY TIME, Maxine will be using the following protocols:

• Maxine will only be seeing two clients every month. Sessions will need to be booked in advance.

• All clients will need to have a COVID-19 test - results required within 3 days of the meeting or less. See below for a list of testing sites with quick turn-arounds

• Maxine asks that you practice physical/social distancing & mask wearing for at least two weeks prior to seeing her. She will be doing the same

• Maxine will take your temp upon meeting you.

• Priority is given to longer sessions.

• Because of the low volume of sessions, Maxine’s availability will fill up quickly. Please screen and book in advance. Last min sessions will not be possible

Thank you for playing smart during this pandemic. To maintain a healthy pregnancy, Maxine will be practicing the following:

• Sessions will need to be booked in advance

• Preference will be given to clients who can provide a current COVID-19 test

• Please fill out the following form
